It's a SKIRT!

I went with hubby to a church gig that had a party for the band afterward (have I mentioned hubby's a trumpet player?), so of course needed something new! We drove an hour to the outlet malls Friday after work and did some serious shopping at Casual Corner (which I hadn't been to in 6 years or more).

Dave is the BEST shopper ever! He insists that I try everything on and if something isn't quite right, he has the sales girl hunt down all similar items. I was in the dressing room for an hour! It was just a little bit like work--ha! Every item I bought was something he picked out. Absolutely nothing that I picked out worked at all.

The next day, we went on a shoe hunt. The skirt actually has a red stripe in it, so of course I needed red shoes! I have had completely boring, sensible shoes for I can't tell you how long. Again, he pulled out every single red shoe in the store in my size. Luckily, these were even on sale! So we splurged and got the red purse too :o)

And yes, those are actually pantyhose on my legs! He loves the way they look, and they aren't nearly as uncomfortable as they used to be!
