What Strength Training Can Do

This is what one year of strength training can do to your body. There is maybe 5 pounds difference between the two pics, but two sizes different!

I do Personal Touch, which is offered through Jazzercise. It's a group of 6-10 women (although not exclusive to women) working with a certified instructor. She always brings in new and challenging exercises. I've done it for over a year now, and am completely addicted!
