This was the trip that I thought I should get pregnant on. I am sooooo glad now that I didn't! The zebra-print dress is an Elizabeth (because I couldn't fit into Liz Claiborne) size 3X... because I didn't want it to "shrink". It was sleeveless though, and I never let my arms see the light of day, so I had to wear this HEAVY white shirt over it. I also had to wear cute slip on shoes, but my feet sweat so bad I could hardly walk. We went to visit my grandmother and sat on the porch to visit... in Missouri, in JUNE! I was so hot and sweaty that I thought I might just melt. But there was no way I was going to take that shirt off!!
The black floral outfit was what I bought for my homecoming weekend where I wanted to look cool, breezy, and oh yeah, sexy. YEAH RIGHT!! That was as flashy as it got at The Avenue that spring. I did have a--gasp!--black spaghetti strap camisole on under the blouse which was a little bit sheer. That is my beautiful neice next to me :)
