I survived!!! I taught my first three-hour Core Workshop this afternoon. My boss was there too, so I wasn't totally flying solo, thankfully. It went pretty well, and will only get better. As always, it's the women that I get to meet that totally make it for me. It is just such a privilege to be in a group of beautiful, amazing, powerful women... especially when they don't know how amazing they are when the walk in! To see their transformation, even just that little spark in their eye, makes every moment worth it.
My next engagement is March 11, a Teaser class for my Jazzercise friends, which will be a BLAST! Then on March 18, I'll have another Core Workshop, this time SOLO. Thanks to all my chat friends that have been so supportive and have put up with all of my ramblings about this! I wish I could have all of you in one of my classes. But then, you all know how beautiful and powerful you already are :) Love you all!

Congrats! Your hair, your new excercise goals and certification..it's such great fun to behold. It's nice to see what's supposed to happen AFTER you lose the weight. Thanks for sharing!
