Happy New Year

Ah, New Year's Resolutions! Another batch of newbies :) This is for YOU... my story in a nutshell...

Joined in 2003 at an all-time high of 250 lbs. Met my first goal of an 80-lb loss in a year. Kept it off by eating healthfully and exercising faithfully. Came back to JC in June 2006 8 lbs over my goal. Decided to go 15 below my first goal while I was at it. Just have 5 more pounds to go until my new goal of 154.

I'm 5'6" and currently 159 pounds. On me, that's a size 8. I do Jazzercise religiously and love every minute of it! Last year, I averaged more than an hour a day of exercise. When I started JC, I did three classes a week. Start slow and continually challenge yourself. Goal is not the end!

Scroll through the pics for inspiration. Transformation IS possible!! And yes, I do feel 20 years younger! No diet program is magic. It's all hard work on your part. Most of it is a head game. Pick a food program that makes sense to you and stick with it.
